Ghana’s Minister of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Catherine Afeku, has announced that the haircuts of musician Okyeame Kwame and DJ Andy Dosty are now tourist attractions in Ghana.

Afeku said the haircuts are expected to attract over 300,000 tourists annually.

Andy Dosty is the official DJ of Okyeame Kwame and both have had the same haircut for 30 years.

“I selected them as Tourism ambassadors because of their haircuts. They’ve maintained that for 3 decades” – the Tourism minister said.

The minister went ahead to honour the two celebrities for having same haircuts for 3 decades by declaring their haircuts as National Heritage sites.

“We’ve started the application to have these new attractions in Ghana to be declared World Heritage sites” – Hon. Afeku said.
