World War 3 fears have been triggered once again after United States President Donald Trump approved a US-led drone strike in Iraq which killed Iran’s top general Qasem Soleimani.
The lost of Iran’s most decorated military leader Qassem Soleimani through the strike which took place in Baghdad has prompted a severe reaction from Iran’s leadership, who promised swift revenge against US aggressors.
But latest informing reaching the media indicate that thousands of Iranian Armed Forces are resigning for fears of losing their lives in a battle with the United States. Local media reported that the soldiers cited lack of adequate logistics to attack the US and defend themselves as the reason for the resignation from the Armed Forces.
Reports are that other 12,000 members of the Iranian Armed Forces have sought refuge in Iraq. Iran is expected to announce it’s withdrawal from a possible World War 3.
