Richard Amoah, the social media user who wanted to ‘chop’ DJ Switch has spoken after receiving several threats and insults.

A few days ago after 12-year old 2018 Talented Kidz winner posted a photo on her timeline, Richard, on seeing DJ Switch’s photo, wrote that “a chop for this kiddie”, meaning he would like to have sexual relations with her.

In a video sighted by, Richard has detailed how the whole incident happened saying he wasn’t behind the post.

He explained that he is a very busy person and it would have been the work of a hacker or a hater.

According to Richard, he started receiving lots of notifications from Facebook and when he checked, he found out that it was messages with some being insults, criticism with some being advice.

Checking why he was getting so many backlashes on social media, he realized that his account had posted “I for chop this kiddie” under the post of DJ Switch.

“I’m more than certain that I was not the one who made the post, it may be a hacker or hater who has access to my profile and was using it to cause harm to my personality”.

After the comment, Richard Amoah’s Facebook account was reported by some angry Facebook users for it to be blocked.

Ama K Abebrese, who was disgusted by the comment took to Twitter to condemn him.

She wrote: “This guy Richard Amoah feels justified writing on the internet that he will ‘rape’ a child; DJ Switch. ‘Rape’ because a child cannot consent to sex with an adult. I speak with families of defiled children and there is nothing funny about this. This very abhorrent.”
