Cuban Visa is not required for Equatorial Guineans

Equatorial Guinea citizens (including minors) intending to visit Cuba for a period of 30 days are required to apply for a tourist card before embarking on the journey. A Cuba Tourist Card is a document that is issued separately from the passport and is valid for a duration of 30 days. There is no such thing as Tourist Cards on arrival or an electronic tourist card.
