Drones manufacturing company, SKWANTUM Technology, has given $20 million worth of medical drones to the Government of Ghana.

According to the company, the gesture is as result of Ghana’s good governance enjoyed under the Akufo Addo-led administration.

The Chinese firm made the delivery through the Chinese Embassy in Ghana who will later forward to the necessary quarters in the health sector.

The company also provided Ghana with an interim manpower in the form of 20 students and 16 staff to train personnel in Ghana on how to operate the drones to ensure safe deliveries of medical supplies.

This development means that Ghana is no longer spending $12M in buying drones.
